A special TADA/ POTA court today framed the charges against separatist leader Muhammad Yasin Malik in the case of Rubiya Sayed kidnapping.
Official sources told news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), that 3rd Additional Sessions (Special judge TADA/POTA) Jammu, framed the charges against Malik regarding Rubiya Sayeed kidnaping case.
Earlier, on March 16, last year presiding officer of TADA court in Jammu had framed charges against Malik and six others for killing four IAF men in 1990.
