“In most of the government departments, contractual employees have been regularized. But, in our case even though most of us have qualified PhD and NET and SET and have also crossed the age bar but we are yet to be regularized,” said convenor Sadaket Malik of the organization.
Following the reorganization of Jammu and Kashmir into a Union Territory, they said they are in a state of dilemma that, “whether we will be be recruited or not.”
The organization has appealed Lt. Governor G.C. Murmu led administration to look into their matter.
