Unknown gunmen shot and killed a 25-year-old youth in the Bulbul Lanker area of Nawa Kadal in Srinagar on Tuesday.
Official sources told the Kashmir News Observer that an unknown gunman opened fire on a young man named Sheikh Meeran Ali this morning, leaving him severely wounded.
In critical condition, the young man was rushed to Srinagar’s SMHS hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
