Alpine High School Dugli Organised Quiz Competition

In order to encourage the younger ones to embrace academics and by promoting a cordial relationship among students in schools, the Alpine High School, Dugli, organised an inter-class Quiz competition for Junior Secondary School students in the said school at Dugli in Kehllar, under the patronage of Bushan Kumar, Principal of Alpine High School, Dugli, Kamni Mam, Hindi Teacher (Discipline Committee Head) and Filma Devi, Hindi Teacher.

The competition is meant to inspire the students and charge them with academic and academic-related matters. The programme started with the welcome speech of Poonam Kumar Yogi.

There were three rounds in the quiz competition. The themes of the quiz competition were GK of Jammu and Kashmir, J&K reorganisation act, and biodiversity.

Team (D) secured First rank was led by Karan Sharma, a student of 10th class, while 2nd and 3rd positions were secured by teams (E) and (B) led by Sneha Sharma and Bikram Singh, both of whom were students of 9th class.

The programme was concluded with the encouraging speech of Wasim Butt, Science Teacher at AHS Dugli.

The prominent staff who were present on this occasion were Payal Mam, Rifat Mam, Nereej Sir, etc.
