After passing year, Hair chopping once again starting in Doda district of chenab valley.
As per reports, A fresh case of hair chopping by some mysterious force have been reported from the Assar area of Doda district on monday here.
A Lady namely Manju Devi 31 W/o Kanchi Lal resident of Jattar village of Assar was busy in painting in her room and suddently she saw that unknown lady entered the room. After few seconds she fell unconcious. when she wakeup she found her hair chopped of mysterious as she is unaware of how the incident happen. Later, Lady shifted to Primary Health Centre Assar for treatment.
Her parents shock as they are unable to understand how this happened.
DySP DAR Doda Mansoor Ayaz reached the spot and and make the team to investigate the matter.
After passing year, once again mysterious hair chopping has spread panic in villages of Assar block.
Later in many districts, Govt have temporarily banned the entry of outsiders labourers and also banned the gathering of more then five persons by announcing the section 144 to prevent more braid-chopping incidents in the area.
