JKTJAC Unit Thathri held an introductory meeting with Worthy ZEO Thathri Sh. Amjad Hussain in ZEO office Thathri under the able guidance of JKTJAC UT Media and Publicity Secretary Naseer Ahmad Butt and Rashpal Singh Zonal President Thathri.
In the meeting a number of JKTJAC executive members and teachers of different clusters participated.
JKTJAC comrades welcomes enthusiastically new ZEO with a bouquet.
On the occasion, Naseer Ahmed Batt J&K UT Secretary throw light on transparency, accountability and punctuality of teaching fraternity to raise the education standard of rural areas.He appreciated and congratulates the dedication of various efficient, creativity of teachers who are going to become model for others. Everyone is well aware of the fact about those schools and need to follow these dedicated teachers.On the point of rationalization Naseer Ahmed Batt said that it should be done for benefit of students not teachers, moreover class ratio should also be considered. Although some schools have low enrollment but classes are upto 8th including Pre primary classes, this point should also be considered. Those teachers who are working with dedication on their original place of posting and due to their presence the enrolment has been increased should not be rationalize to other schools as it will effect their parent school. He also throw light on dedication, efficiency, honesty and experience of newly appointed ZEO Thathri and assured full cooperation in academic as well as other assignments of the department.
Rashpal Singh Zonal President JKTJAC Thathri presents issues/demands of teaching faculities of the Zone and requested the teaching faculty to remain vigilant about their regular duties in the achools so that the gap which has been created due to the Corona period may get fulfilled.
Worthy ZEO Thathri patiently heard the grievances/issues and demands of teaching fraternity of Zone Thathri.

After patient hearing Worthy ZEO Thathri spoke and emphasis on punctuality,work culture,dedication, cooperation and shared his best experiences like an efficient family head and assured full cooperation in resolving all issues /problems in transparent manner. He told teachers need not worry for their official work ,service record and other related documents, they should only focus on teaching with dedication and intrest. Worthy ZEO Thathri also directed teachers not to leave school with out proper channel.Talking to the teaching faculty, he told that he visited some schools of the zone and found a very good environment of the classrooms as well as schools.
