Bashir Ahmed of GandanaTehsil of Doda District is the sole breadwinner of two sisters.

Farid Ahmed Naik, is Journalist working with Chenab Times and a social worker from Doda district and president of the District Rural Youth Welfare Association, told that Rs1,000 a month was too little and it was impossible for three people to live on Rs1,000. Naik appealed to the Doda District Administration and the Social Welfare Department to increase the pension of the said person and to remit the funds from the Dahi Sudhar Department under IAY as soon as possible.
