A farewell party was organized at Government Higher Secondary School Goha, Zone Assar to bid adieu to renowned teacher and ZEO Harbans Lal Sahni who is retiring on 31st of January, 2021.
The program was attended by large number of teachers from the various corners of Marmat and the overall function was moderated by Wahid Wani. The teachers, masters and guests appreciated his contribution in uplifting the education standards in the area. The speakers recalled the experiences of Mr. Harbans Lal sahni and said that he has been instrumental in bringing quality education to government schools and he would be remembered for his immense service in the field of education. Those who were present on the occasion were Tehsildar Marmat , Lecturer Tanveer Ahmed,,Head Master HS Moothi, Javed Ahmed,Head Master HS Roat Mohd Qasim, Master Raiz Ahmed wani, Master Pooran Chand,and other respected Teachers and Masters of Marmat.
The program was organised by the teaching fraternity of Marmat with special efforts by Wahid Wani,Raies Ahmed,Reaz Ahmed,Shamim Ahmed,Suman Dutt and Anytullah Butt.
All the participants wished much joy & happiness for the outgoing ZEO as he begins a new chapter in his life.
