Delhi Police Head Constable Found Dead in Car Near Rohtak

A head constable serving with the Delhi Police was discovered deceased inside his car, which was found parked along the Rohtak-Delhi National Highway near Sampla town on Monday morning.

The Chenab Times has learned that the individual has been identified as Sudhir, aged 35, a resident of Asoda village in Jhajjar district. He was reportedly posted at the Adarsh Nagar police station within Delhi.

According to Vinod Kumar, the investigating officer overseeing the case, the local police received an alert around 7 a.m. concerning a body discovered inside a stationary vehicle adjacent to the highway. A police team was promptly dispatched to the location.

Upon arrival, officers found the man unresponsive inside the vehicle. Preliminary findings at the scene suggest that the death may have resulted from suffocation. The circumstances surrounding the discovery have prompted a detailed investigation.

Forensic experts were also called to the site to conduct a thorough examination and collect any potential evidence. These samples will be crucial in reconstructing the events leading up to the constable’s death.

The family members of the deceased have been notified of the incident. The body has since been transferred to a hospital where a post-mortem examination is scheduled to be conducted. This medical procedure is expected to provide definitive clarity on the exact cause of death.
