This initiative with FIL Industries is a component of J&K Bank’s larger strategy to broaden its corporate salary portfolio. The bank is actively seeking partnerships with established institutions and organizations across Jammu and Kashmir. For the employees of FIL Industries, this arrangement is expected to streamline access to essential banking, credit, and insurance products through a package specifically curated for salaried individuals.

In a parallel development within the Jammu division, J&K Bank also formalized a similar agreement with Brahmrishi Bawra Shanti Vidya Peeth Higher Secondary School in Udhampur. This separate MoU covers the staff strength of over 165 employees of the educational institution.

The signing ceremony for the Udhampur school took place in the city, with Arjun Singh Rathore, J&K Bank Zonal Head (Udhampur), representing the bank. Chinmay Jyoti (Didi Ji), Chairperson of the school, signed on behalf of Brahmrishi Bawra Shanti Vidya Peeth. Rathore stated that this partnership aligns with the Bank’s strategic focus on cultivating institutional relationships through customer-centric banking solutions.

He further explained that the Corporate Salary Package integrates preferential financial benefits with advanced technology-driven services, specifically addressing the evolving professional and personal banking requirements of employees. The Udhampur event was attended by several key officials from both J&K Bank and the Brahmrishi Bawra School, including Cluster Head Ritesh Sharma, Branch Head (Shakti Nagar) Nikhil Grover, Chief Manager Sanjeev Gupta, Admin Officer Jeetender Kumar, Principal Ashwani Kumar, and bank officials Sunil Mansotra and Asmita Malgotra.

Through these two distinct agreements, J&K Bank aims to significantly extend the reach of its Corporate Salary Package. By offering employees of partner institutions customized salary accounts, preferential retail credit products, comprehensive insurance benefits, and advanced digital banking facilities, the bank is consolidating its institutional presence and commitment across both the Jammu and Kashmir regions.
