Patanjali Wellness and Patanjali Yogpeeth in Haridwar celebrated the 32nd Sanyas Diwas of yoga guru Swami Ramdev on the occasion of Ramnavmi. The event marked the anniversary of Swami Ramdev’s renunciation.
Swami Ramdev Reflects on 32 Years of Service
Speaking at the celebration, Swami Ramdev highlighted the extensive work undertaken by Patanjali Yogpeeth over the past three decades. He stated that the organization has made significant contributions across various sectors, including medicine, health, education, employment, nature, environment, character building, and nation-building.
Swami Ramdev further elaborated on the impact of Patanjali’s educational initiatives. He mentioned Patanjali Gurukulam, Acharyakulam, Patanjali University, and the Bhartiya Shiksha Board, asserting that these institutions have revolutionized the education system in India.
During his address, Swami Ramdev also emphasized the importance of spiritual qualities, stating that individuals lacking them do not truly belong to the Sanatan tradition.
Acharya Balkrishan Extends Wishes and Commends Leadership
Acharya Balkrishan conveyed his warm wishes to Swami Ramdev on his 32nd Sanyas Diwas. He commended Swami Ramdev for adhering to the rituals and practices of a saint and living a life of quality as a seer.
Acharya Balkrishan noted that many other seers are also upholding the culture of Sanatan. He expressed pride in having had the opportunity to work and perform under Swami Ramdev’s guidance.
Bhartiya Shiksha Board Acknowledges Global Impact
N.P. Singh, Working Incharge of the Bhartiya Shiksha Board, acknowledged Swami Ramdev’s role in elevating Indian culture to an international level. The event was attended by numerous seers associated with Patanjali, heads of various Patanjali units, teachers, and other dignitaries.
