The Deputy Commissioner Doda Vikas Sharma today took extensive tour of Doda town and held interaction with the locals, shopkeepers and vendors, besides enquired about the issues.
The DC has been apprised that the alarming issue of the Doda town is the growing traffic congestion, insufficient parking space etc which requires immediate attention.
The DC informed them that the motive behind the visit to the main market area of the town is to analyse the entire situation, and the problems being faced by the general public.
The DC assured the locals as well as shopkeepers that all the issues of public importance shall be addressed by the District Administration on priority basis in the upcoming days.
Among others accompanied the DC were President MC Doda Ved Prakash Gupta,Vice President MC Doda, besides other senior citizens.
