To boost tourism of Doda district, The Chenab Times, Incredible Tours and Treks met DC Doda

To boost tourism by exploring the unexplored beauty of Doda district, The Chenab Times and Incredible Tours and Treks team holds meeting with Deputy Commissioner Doda Sh Vishesh Paul Mahajan today.

The meeting was held between Deputy Commissioner Doda, the team of The Chenab Times, and Incredible Tours and Treks today at the DC Office Doda. The meeting was organised to discuss the potential of the district in terms of tourism.

The Deputy Commissioner, Sh. Vishesh Paul Mahajan, began by discussing the district’s rich culture, diverse history, and incredible natural beauty. He talked about some of the prominent tourist attractions and adventurous spots such as the Bhaderwah, the mighty Chenab River, and various other tourist attractions. He also stressed the importance of highlighting the local culture and history of the district, including Mela Pat, Daku Dance, etc.

The team of The Chenab Times discussed their plans to promote the district through their website and social media platforms. They proposed to write articles, take photographs, and create videos on the district’s cultural heritage, tourist attractions, and travel experiences. They also proposed conducting interviews with the local people to get a better understanding of the culture and heritage.

The Incredible Tours and Treks Managing Director Mohd Yaseen discussed his plans to promote the district as a tourist destination. He proposed to organise activities like trekking and accommodations for tourists. In this meeting, photojournalist and Managing Editor Raja Irfan, Bhaderwahi Anchor Naeem ul Haq Wani, Anzer Ayoob of The Chenab Times, and Managing Director of Incredible Tours and Treks Mohd Yaseen were present.
