LUDHIANA: A 24-year-old man was fatally shot late Friday night in the Swatantar Nagar locality of Tibba Road, allegedly due to an ongoing enmity.

The assailants reportedly fired multiple shots aimed at the victim, with additional rounds discharged into the air to create panic among residents.
Harjinder Singh had reportedly gone to return a Honda Activa scooter to a friend when the attack occurred. He sustained five bullet wounds to various parts of his body and collapsed on the roadside. Although rushed to the Christian Medical College and Hospital (CMCH), doctors declared him dead upon arrival.
